Anjli has been practicing physical therapy since 2002, with extensive experience across orthopedic, neurologic, acute, and geriatric care settings. Her clinical background includes outpatient orthopedics, neurologic rehabilitation with a focus on balance and vestibular disorders such as BPPV, acute care for complex trauma, and rehabilitation for stroke and brain injury.
This depth and diversity of experience allow her to approach each client with a comprehensive understanding of recovery. Anjli is dedicated to delivering highly individualized care, focusing on each person’s specific needs to restore function, improve confidence, and support a return to the activities they value most.
She believes that injury should never define or limit what is possible.
As a certified yoga teacher, Anjli incorporates principles of mindful movement and body awareness into her work, offering a more holistic approach to rehabilitation and wellness.
Born and raised in Colorado, Anjli embraces an active lifestyle including yoga, dance, hiking, skiing, and swimming. She lives with her husband and two daughters and values time spent together outdoors.
